INDICATION:
It is used in all cases of Inflammatory in cattle, sheep, goats, camels and horses in the following cases:
- Inflammatory, degenerative, and non-rheumatic inflammatory rheumatic diseases causing severe pain.
 - Rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, muscle inflammation, inflammatory fibrosis, tendonitis, sheath and nerve inflammation.
 - Cases of pain after surgeries, tendon sprains and others.
 - Fever cases.
 - Skeletal muscle pain.
 - Reducing swelling resulting from acute mastitis, epidermal inflammation, uterine inflammation, bruises and wounds.
 
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to diclofenac sodium.
It is not given in cases of liver and kidney disorders.
Side Effects:
Side effects that may be seen include weight loss, stomach ulcers, diarrhea or uterine discharge. Local reactions (inflammation, swelling, hair loss) have been reported (Plumb’s veterinary drug)
Drug interaction:
- Coadministration of diuretics or potentially nephrotoxic drugs should be avoided due to an increase in renal disturbances, including renal failure.
 - Do not administer nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), corticosteroids, anticoagulants, or diuretics concomitantly or within 24 hours of taking the product as the risk of GI ulceration and other adverse reactions may be increased.
 
Usage:
It is given as a deep IM.
Warnings:
Do not give to animals during pregnancy.
Withdrawal time:
- Meat: 28 days.
 - Milk: 7 days.
 
Storage:
In a cool, dry and dark place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
