GENTASOL HEM

COMPOSITION:

Each 1 ml contains:

  • Gentamycin sulfate 100 mg.
  • Excipients up to 1 ml.

Dosage:

Broilers and turkeys: For treatment: 200 ml of the preparation per 200 liters of drinking water for 3-5 days.

Calves and lambs: 6 ml of the preparation per 20 kg body weight twice a day for one day, then once a day for the following 3-5 days. (30 mg/kg live weight)

INDICATION:

To treat local infections caused by Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria that are sensitive to gentamycin and that affect the digestive, respiratory, urinary, and reproductive systems, in poultry (broilers, turkeys), calves, and lambs.

Drug interaction:

Do not use simultaneously with aminoglycosides and other antibiotics with a toxic effect on the kidneys (polymyxin B, colistin, amphotericin, chloramphenicol), as well as with muscle relaxants and anesthetics, sulfonamides, heparin, B vitamins, diuretics (furosemide).

 Usage:

Orally with drinking water.

Withdrawal time:

Meat: 7 days.

Other warnings:

It is not given to animals with active microbiological digestion.

Storage:

In a cool, dry and dark place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
