Indication:
It is a broad-spectrum antibiotic that broadly affects Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria (E. coli, Salmonella, Klebsiella, Haemophilus, Clostridium, Staphylococcus and Streptococcus). Ceftiofur is rapidly absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract and within one hour of administration it reaches a high concentration in the blood. It is used in the treatment of diseases affecting the respiratory, digestive and urinary systems of poultry.
