GENTAHEM

Composition:

Each 1 ml contains:

  • Gentamicin Sulfate 100 mg.
  • Excipients up to 1 ml.

Dosage:

Ruminants and Horses: 1-2 ml / 50 kg body weight (2-4 mg active substance / kg body weight).
Dogs and Cats: 0.5 ml / 10 kg body weight (5 mg active ingredient / kg body weight). Two doses are given on the first day and then once daily for a week.

Indication:

It is used in sheep, goats, cattle, horses, dogs and cats to treat the following conditions: Respiratory infections: pneumonia, tracheitis and bronchitis. Infections of the gastrointestinal tract: gastritis, peritonitis, gastroenteritis, normal and bloody diarrhoea, and vibrio dysentery. Urinary tract infections: inflammation of the kidneys, ureters and bladder. Reproductive tract infections: uterine, cervicitis, and mastitis (as supportive therapy). Septicemia, arthritis, skin injuries and wounds.

Withdrawal time:

For Meat: 45 days.

For Milk: 3 days.

Storage:

In a cool, dry and dark place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C.
