COMPOSITION:

Each 1 ml contains:

  • Ivermectin 10 mg.
  • Rafoxanide 125 mg.
  • Excipients up to 1 ml.

Dosage:

It is given as a single dose under the skin.

Sheep, goats, cows and camels: 1 ml / 50 kg live weight.

Category:

INDICATION:

For the treatment and control of internal and external parasites in cattle, sheep, goats and camels:

internal parasites:

Gastrointestinal worms: Hemunex, Cheybertia, Ostertagia, Nematodiris, Trichoris, Bonostomum, Cooperia, Strongyloides, Osphagustum, Trichostrongylus.

Lungworms: Dictyoculae, Protostrongels, Metastrongels.

Flatworms:
  • Liverworms: (larval and adult stages): Fasciola hepatica, Fasciola gigantica
  • Liverworms (spear-like): Dicrocilium dendriteum
External parasites:

Coccomycosis: Hippoderma bovis, Hippoderma lineatum.

– Myiasis in bovine tropics: Dermatobiasis hominis

– Waging (Swirly fly): Chrysoma bezana (parasitism stage)

Scabies: Sarcoptes, Psoroptes, Corioptes.

– Sucking lice: Linognates, Hematopins, Solinoptes.

Biting lice: Damalina.

Eyeworm: Thelasia.

Contraindications:

Do not use in cases of hypersensitivity to the active substances.

Drug interaction:

It should not be given in combination with other internal antiparasitics.

Side Effects:

Transient discomfort has been observed in some cows after subcutaneous administration. In the form of tissue swelling at the injection site, which is common up to 48 hours after the injection and then disappears without treatment.

Withdrawal time:

  • Meat: 50 days.
  • Milk: Milk is not consumed for human consumption during processing.

comments:

  • You should not inject more than 10 ml into one site, as the dose can be divided into different injection sites.
  • In case of severe infestation, repeat the dose for 21 days for liver worms and 30 days for digestive tract worms
  • To treat scabies in sheep, goats, and camels: A second dose is given after a week (for sheep) and after 15 days for camels.

Alerts:

  • Possibility of transient local reaction irritation at the injection site
  • Skin myiasis in cows must be treated after the end of the season of the flies causing the infestation
  • It is recommended to give custridia vaccine to sheep before deworming
  • It is not given intramuscularly or intravenously
  • It should not be given to non-targeted animals (fatal cases of anaphylaxis have been reported in dogs).

Warnings:

  • Hands must be washed after using the treatment.
  • Avoid contact of the treatment with eyes, mouth and skin.
  • Avoid eating, drinking and smoking while using the treatment.
  • Avoid contaminating ponds, canals and water sources.
  • Empty containers must be disposed of in a safe and proper manner.

In a cool, dry and dark place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
