INDICATION:
Cows, Buffaloes, Camels, Sheep and Goats: for the treatment of pneumonia, uterine and udder infections, rotting hooves, joint diseases, chlamydia, abscesses, and for the treatment of infections after surgeries and after childbirth. It is also used as an anti-inflammatory and antipyretic.
Contraindications:
- Do not use in cases of known hypersensitivity to tetracyclines or diclofenac.
- Do not given to animals suffering from severe liver or kidney failure.
Side effects:
- Collapse due to tetracycline has sometimes been observed in some weak animals.
- Its use during teeth development in late pregnancy can lead to a change in their color.
- Mild inflammation or necrosis may appear in the injection area.
- Some cases of skin photosensitivity may occur.
Drug interaction:
It is not given in combination with penicillin compounds, nor with calcium and iron salts, or antacids, because they form undissolved compounds with them that lead to decreased effectiveness.
Do not administer nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), corticosteroids, anticoagulants, or diuretics concomitantly or within 24 hours of taking the product as the risk of GI ulceration and other adverse reactions may be increased.
Withdrawal time:
Meat: 28 days
Milk: 8 days
Warnings:
It is not given to horses, dogs and cats.
Possibility of transient local swelling for a few days at the injection site.
The possibility of an allergic reaction occurring. In such a case, antihistamines are given immediately and treatment is carried out according to the symptoms when necessary.
Storage:
In a cool, dry and dark place, at a temperature not exceeding 30°C. OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
